On Thursday, August 28th, Joshua got to go home.

He was not real excited about the car seat, at first, but by the time we were leaving the parking lot he quieted right down and did not make another sound until we got home. At home feeding while Grandma Royer and Josie observed.

On Wednesday, August 27th, Grandma and Grandpa Ambuel came by the hospital one last time before they had to fly back to Florida.

I have been told that I am now a big sister - whatever that means. Mom made this shirt for me to wear to the hospital.

Hello World. My name is Joshua Lee Ambuel. Today is my birthday. I was born at 10:55 AM this morning, weighing in at 8 lbs. 14.8 oz, with a length of 21.5 inches tall. We will put some more pictures up later today.

It's a BOY! Born 10:55 AM August 26th, 2008. 8 lbs. 14 oz. Mom and baby are great! No name yet, but soon.

Well, today is a big day!! Not only is today Grandpa Ambuel's birthday but it is also going to be my baby brother's birthday. Mom left for the hospital at 3:30 AM. At 5:33AM she received the epidural. She is really happy now. The contractions were hitting constantly way to early and the baby was complaining about being constantly squeezed. So the doctor decided they had to slow things down. It won't be long now...stay tuned.

Hi everybody. August is finally here! Apparently there's going to be some big changes this month. Mommy and Daddy have been buzzing around the house getting things ready for my brother. I'm just taking it all in stride, but this might be my last post until I introduce my little brother to the world.

Sometimes Daddy takes off work early on fridays. Last week we had a picnic lunch at the park. I had lots of fun. I love spending time with Daddy.
